1 Definitions

"777w", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the 777w platform accessible at 777w.lat. "You", "user", "player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 777w platform. "Platform" means the entire 777w website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated gaming and betting services. "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees. 2 Eligibility & Registration

2.3 Registration Accuracy

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false information — including false name, date of birth, address, or contact details — is a material breach of these Terms. 777w reserves the right to close any account where registration information is found to be inaccurate or fraudulent, and to retain any balance pending investigation.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each person is permitted to hold only one (1) 777w account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777w login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 777w will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify 777w's support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 777w support staff will never request your password. Any communication claiming to be from 777w that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported.

4 Deposits & Payment

4.1 Accepted Methods

777w accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.

4.2 Own-Name Requirement

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name and that match your verified 777w account identity. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 777w reserves the right to return funds received from third-party sources and to suspend the account pending investigation.

4.3 Currency

The 777w platform operates with accounts denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made in foreign currency may be subject to conversion at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction. Any conversion fees are the responsibility of the depositing player.

4.4 Deposit Limits

5 Withdrawals

5.1 KYC Requirement

All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. Players who have not submitted and had approved a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC) will not be able to process withdrawal requests. 777w reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawal requests.

5.2 Withdrawal Channels

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending investigation where 777w has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. 777w will notify the account holder of any such hold and provide the opportunity to respond, except where law enforcement requirements prohibit disclosure.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

All promotions offered by 777w are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion. General bonus conditions include: (a) Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds; (b) Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus; (c) 777w reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice; (d) Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, wagering on low-risk combinations to fulfil wagering requirements, or exploitation of technical errors — will result in bonus cancellation, account suspension, and potential forfeiture of winnings generated through such conduct.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 777w platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market. Sports betting results are determined by official results at the time of settlement. In the event of ambiguity, 777w's decision on the outcome and settlement of bets is final. All casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems sourced from licensed third-party providers. 777w does not control or influence individual game outcomes. Bets placed using account funds at the time of an unresolved bonus may be subject to bonus wagering rules. Any bet placed in error — including stakes entered incorrectly — cannot be reversed once confirmed by the player.

8 Prohibited Conduct

• Collusion with other players to influence game outcomes
• Exploitation of software errors or vulnerabilities ("bug abuse")
• Any form of fraud, including identity fraud, payment fraud, or chargeback fraud

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 777w platform — including but not limited to logos, game assets, text, design elements, and software — is the intellectual property of 777w or its licensed suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 777w content without express written permission. Game titles and associated assets are the intellectual property of their respective providers and are licenced to 777w for use on the platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777w's total liability to any player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 777w is not liable for: (a) loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings; (b) indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; (c) service interruptions caused by factors outside 777w's reasonable control, including network outages, force majeure events, or regulatory actions; (d) losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain reasonable credential security.

11 Privacy & Data

12 Responsible Gaming
